Pre-Shipping Communication:

You’ll receive the airline details, flight number(s), air waybill/tracking number, and estimated arrival time before departure. We recommend arriving at the airport no later than the expected flight time.

Airline-approved shipping crate: Depending on bird size

Payment:

Full payment for the bird and shipping costs is required before shipment.

Shipping Area:

We only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Local customers in Sachse, TX and surrounding areas can pick up their birds in person.

Safety Measures:

Our pet carriers are designed for bird comfort and safety. We provide food, water, and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers.

Shipping Contents:

• Weaned birds: Extra food (Pellets/Seeds mix) in a ziplock bag
• Health certificate, disease testing report, care instructions, and hatch certificate

• All sales are final once birds are shipped
• 24-hour notification period for any issues upon delivery

Settling In:
