Hot Steeping Method

Steep 2 teaspoons of tea in 16 ounces (2 cups) of hot water for 10 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature before serving. Dilute as needed when introducing to your bird. Remove any leftover tea within 24 hours. Refrigerated tea must be used within 7 days.
