You’ll receive the airline details, flight number(s), air waybill/tracking number, and estimated arrival time before departure. We recommend arriving at the airport no later than the expected flight time.

Airline-approved shipping crate: Depending on bird size
Payment:
Full payment for the bird and shipping costs is required before shipment.
Shipping Area:
We only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Local customers in Sachse, TX and surrounding areas can pick up their birds in person.

Our pet carriers are designed for bird comfort and safety. We provide food, water, and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers.

- Health certificate, disease testing report, care instructions, and hatch certificate

- All sales are final once birds are shipped
